How fulfillment works

Voidrunners apparel is produced on demand. Your order is made specifically for you. Once confirmed, your pieces enter production at our audited garment facility before shipment.

Processing time

Production typically takes 2–5 business days after checkout clears (excluding weekends and holidays). Peak drops or carrier disruptions may extend this window. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping rates & delivery

Available carriers and transit estimates appear at checkout. Delivery timelines vary by destination, customs handling (international orders), and the shipping option you select. Estimated arrivals are not guaranteed.

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships with tracking details.

Order issues

If tracking stalls unusually long or your package is lost after carrier acceptance, email us at info@voidrunners.store within 30 days of the original ship date with your order number.

Returns & exchanges

Because items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for size preference or buyer’s remorse. Exceptions apply where required by law.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered. Include photos of the garment and packing slip. We’ll authorize a replacement or remedy.

For accepted claims, we may provide replacement, repair instructions, or another remedy appropriate to the situation.

Wrong shipping address

If your address is incorrect at checkout, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

This Privacy Policy describes how Voidrunners (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit voidrunners.com or shop with us.

If you order outside the United States, data may be processed where servers operate.
